I ordered an 0800 number to redirect to a company mobile on Sunday evening, by 11am Monday everything was up and running. Easy and trouble free, great customer service, costs are low, very nifty interface and simple to change the target number if required.

I sent an email to customer services and received a reply very quickly.

I have more to buy for other companies, so I'll stick with this company for that service.

We needed to change our contract. Telecoms World customer service was swift to respond, and very helpful. Changes were made quickly and smoothly. Being able to manage virtual numbers from an app has taken much of the stress of on call rotas away.

Ordered a number, paid for, order confirmed and acknowledged, Had 500 letterheads designed and ordered only to be told the next day that the number I had chosen had been already allocated weeks before.

I have used telecoms for 3 years. The service has been good but as the price increased, I decided to switch to another company.

I requested what charges there would be and they advised me that there wouldn't be any charges. It wasn't until after I confirmed the switch that I was given an invoice which I was very disappointed to receive.

From the first initial enquiry the team were efficient and polite. They quickly understood the needs of my business and set up a phone number which works perfectly. I took advantage of a 3 month free trial of a virtual receptionist too which you can tailor to your needs. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend telecoms world to others.

Aaron the sales man who signed me up was very helpful explaining services / features etc. I opted for a few professional AI voice overs to be recorded with on hold music etc and the girl in customer service helped me install this to my phone system, and made sure I was 100 percent happy with the recording. If I need anything I email and nothing is too much trouble. I will use this company for my other business very shortly.
