Very expensive in comparison with other service providers. They offer low up front costs but everything you need is an add on at extra cost. Will be moving somewhere else after my initial contract has finished

I spoke with Siame to place my order. He was absolutely wonderful and very efficient. I had my 0 800 number on within a few days highly recommended.

I ordered an 0800 number to redirect to a company mobile on Sunday evening, by 11am Monday everything was up and running. Easy and trouble free, great customer service, costs are low, very nifty interface and simple to change the target number if required.

I sent an email to customer services and received a reply very quickly.

I have more to buy for other companies, so I'll stick with this company for that service.

We needed to change our contract. Telecoms World customer service was swift to respond, and very helpful. Changes were made quickly and smoothly. Being able to manage virtual numbers from an app has taken much of the stress of on call rotas away.

These guys got my 0800 number up and running very swiftly with no hassle at all.
They were understanding that my requirements weren't huge and advised the best package for me.
I can now present myself with a more professional image with my uniform and branding.

The team are so helpful and friendly. They understand their products and knew which ones I needed. I was put to ease regarding the terms used. My company telecoms was up and running in minutes. From the first initial enquiry the team were efficient and polite. They quickly understood the needs of my business and set up a phone number which works perfectly. I took advantage of a 3 month free trial of a virtual receptionist too which you can tailor to your needs. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend telecoms world to others.

Aaron the sales man who signed me up was very helpful explaining services / features etc. I opted for a few professional AI voice overs to be recorded with on hold music etc and the girl in customer service helped me install this to my phone system, and made sure I was 100 percent happy with the recording. If I need anything I email and nothing is too much trouble. I will use this company for my other business very shortly.

The team at Telecoms world have always been super helpful, whenever I've needed them they're a quick call away. Hardware was tested and configured before dispatched which meant setup was really easy. When I did need some support with a product, call support was friendly, intelligent and knowledgable. Our 0800 service provider suddenly introduced a substantial minimum monthly spend, which made it clear they no longer wanted to deal with small businesses like ours. A quick online search found fair prices and consistently good reviews for Telecoms World. When I rang them to discuss what we needed to do to port the 0800 number, I was pleasantly surprised to find I was immediately talking to a real person rather than an automated options list. Sam clearly explained the process, then followed up immediately with an email. He kept me up to date with progress, as well as a test call on the day the transfer was completed. This was a great example of how business should be done!
